National Food Cluster Support Center to Develop Functional Products Using Korean Rice Together With Support Center-Based Company

◈ The National Food Cluster Support Center has started to develop functional oligosaccharides and rice protein products
   with Korean organic rice together with NeoCremar Co. within the support center building.

 ◦ Based on the research results of the support center and NeoCremar's oligosaccharide manufacturing technology, 
   the development was selected as an industrial technology innovation project by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy 
   in 2017 to develop and export functional products using surplus Korean rice, with a total budget of 2.55 billion won.
